About Us

The Red Rooster Inn is owned by Sarah Pollard and her brother Jared. They are the principals of Accel Sports & Imports, Inc, which also owns the Accel Motors car dealership in Litchfield.

Sarah manages the car business, while Jared works outside the corporation in the information technology department at Hillsboro Area Hospital. Both Sarah and Jared were born and raised in Hillsboro, and now have families of their own located in town.

The hotel is run by the families, and they view the ownership as their adventurous investment, with the goal of bringing life back into the hotel that was once a major part of the Hillsboro community.
